Bio:
Chad Andrews is a Policy Advisor at Fighting Blindness Canada (FBC), where he develops resources, information, and networks for those affected by vision loss, contributes to health policy initiatives, and steers research projects that study the individual and social impacts of vision loss. He holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies, and teaches and publishes in the areas of literature, policy, and technological theory.
