- The intention of the latest developed TEM method by QuTEM is to provide an automatic, robust, and objective approach for AAV analysis
- The method can determine AAV vector content metrics, such as %Filled, %Partially Filled, and %Empty capsids, as well as the genome length (in kilobases) of each capsid subpopulation
- Validated early in 2024, the platform offers unique insights into the transgene incorporation of AAVs.
